HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT also known as, high intensity interval training. This workout is challenging but it’s fun – and by fun we mean by the time you’re done, you’re going to be satisfyingly exhausted and recharged at the same time. This class is intense cardio bursts of exercises with short recovery times to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.
