Student Athlete

Our Student-Athlete classes are designed to help build the aspects of strength and conditioning that will be beneficial to athletes and mimic the rigors of strength and conditioning programs at the collegiate level. The group setting allows athletes to work in a team atmosphere and can be catered to athletes at all levels.

Class Time: 90 minutes**

Class Availability:

Monday through Friday
  • 4:00-5:30pm
**The 90 minute time frame gives us a chance to properly warm-up (and cool down/stretch), teach new exercises focusing on safety and proficiency (or work new students into the flow of things) and allow some time on the front in for students who need extra travel time after school. Workouts generally last 60-75 minutes start to finish.
