Student Athlete PLUS

Our Student-Athlete classes are designed to help build the aspects of strength and conditioning that will be beneficial to athletes and mimic the rigors of strength and conditioning programs at the collegiate level. The group setting allows athletes to work in a team atmosphere and can be catered to athletes at all levels. This course features a once a week addition of Vertimax training.

Class Time: 60 minutes

Monday through Friday
  • 3:30pm - 5:30pm
